Once everyone is safely fastened, the table begins to rise and before you know it, you are being lifted 15 stories in the air. Once suspended 150 feet in the air, the chefs located in the middle of the table will begin to serve you. The small staff will offer up a four course meal that can be enjoyed with wine or other drinks. The food will be prepared by chef Keven Lee, who is a Hollywood based chef that currently owns a company that caters to private events.
On most days dinner is served at 5pm, 6:30pm, 8pm, and 9:30pm, and on select weekends, brunch is offered at 10:30am, 12pm, and 1:30pm.
