Hollywood has always been known as a tourist destination, and for good reason, as there is so much to do and see here! Three Hollywood attractions that you won’t want to miss out are the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Hollywood Sign, and the Hollywood Bowl. These three attractions are distinct to the city and should be added on your list of things to do around Hollywood.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame is something every visitor has to see when making a trip to Hollywood. Located in the heart of Hollywood, you’ll be immersed in the energy of the city as you walk down the sidewalk searching for your favorite stars! From modern stars, such as the Backstreet Boys or Kevin Costner, to classic stars like Marilyn Monroe and Cary Grant; they’re all here, you just have to find them! As you walk around, there are also many conveniently located shops to visit.

While you are on the Walk of Fame, be sure to look north so you can catch a glimpse of the Hollywood Sign. If you are up to it, another fun option is hiking to see an even better view of the sign. For safety reasons, you cannot actually get close to the sign or touch it, but there are different trails that will give you an excellent view of it. One of the easiest trails is the Hollyridge Trail, which will provide not only an excellent view of the Hollywood sign, but a great view of Downtown Los Angeles and even the possibility of seeing the Pacific Ocean as well on a clear day! Going to the Griffith Observatory is also an excellent way to see the sign, as it is located on the mountain. There are trails you can take from Observatory that also will give you a fantastic view of the sign.

The Hollywood Bowl is an iconic venue in the Los Angeles area and should be visited if you get the opportunity. What makes the Hollywood Bowl such a unique venue is that it sits comfortably in the Hollywood Hills, which provides a beautiful backdrop for attendees as they watch the show. Guests are also encouraged to bring a picnic dinner along to enjoy the show.
