Are you ready to ring in the New Year’s celebrating like they did during the roaring 20s? If so, check out the Prohibition NYE event located at Union Station downtown. This venue is actually the largest railroad terminal in the Western U.S. and was built in 1939 featuring art deco architecture that was popular during the 1920s. This year, Dita Von Teese, the queen of burlesque will be putting on a NYE performance at the historic theatre at the ACE Hotel in downtown. The location was once a movie palace that was built in the 1920s and how been fully restored to a fully functioning theatre. Featuring decadent architecture, it’s the perfect place for a holiday burlesque show. The show takes place on Sunday, December 31st, doors open at 9pm, get your tickets today.
The city of LA is once again hosting this family friendly and FREE New Year’s Eve event located at Grand Park in downtown. The event kicks off at 8pm and runs until 1am on January 1st. The event will feature plenty of food vendors, photo booths, and a number of live music performances so you can dance the night away and ring in the new year smiling and celebrating with family and friends.
